What is Tokelio
Tokelio is the connective tissue between:
- AI agents that need to transact,
- Compute and infrastructure providers that need to be paid,
- Operators and builders who deploy and maintain agents,
- End users who benefit from agent-executed outcomes.
Design philosophy
Tokelio's design is guided by four principles:
Legibility
The utility must be simple enough to explain in one sentence: agents need money to operate, and Tokelio is that money.
Programmability
Every use of Tokelio should be expressible as a function call an agent can invoke without human intervention.
Composability
Tokelio should work across wallets, agent frameworks, and automation tooling — not locked to a single closed ecosystem.
Accountability
Where agents act on behalf of others, Tokelio supports mechanisms — staking, collateral, escrow — that align incentives and create consequences for poor execution.
Not "a coin with a story"
Tokelio is not designed to be a speculative vehicle first. It is designed as functional infrastructure for a specific, growing class of onchain activity: autonomous AI agents. The utility surface exists to be used, not merely narrated.
